**Good Faith Estimate Notice**

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services. You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.

Is Therapy Right For Me?

Therapy is right for you IF you are open to the process. The key to having a successful therapeutic experience is acknowledging the areas in your life you would like to improve and being willing to do the work required in session as well as outside of session to bring about positive change.

How will I know if my therapist is a good fit for me?

Building rapport with your clinician is an important and necessary part of the therapeutic process this typically takes place within the first few sessions. At Always Living My Best Life, LLC we don't ask you to trust us we ask that you trust yourself to determine if we are trustworthy enough to be your therapist. If you feel like you have been unable to build rapport with your therapist and they are not a good fit please discuss this with your therapist directly.

Am I able to see my therapist in the office?

At this time we are only conducting teletherapy/virtual appointments, however, this could change at a future date. We will advise you of any changes to this policy if they should occur.
