"Empowering you to always live your best life!"

“When I dare to be powerful, to use my strength in the service of my vision, then it becomes less and less important whether I am afraid”.
- Audre Lorde
If you’re feeling anxious, depressed, hopeless, or simply stuck and considering therapy, first congratulations. You’ve already taken a courageous step toward improving your quality of life. Change can feel overwhelming, even frightening at times. Yet when we avoid it rather than face it, we often remain in the very patterns that keep us stuck.
I believe therapy is a collaborative process one built on trust, honesty, and intentional growth. Together, we will identify and challenge the self-defeating beliefs that may be limiting your personal and professional fulfillment. My goal is not simply to offer surface-level coping strategies, but to support meaningful, sustainable transformation. Using evidence-based techniques and practical tools, I help clients cultivate lives that feel productive, prosperous, and deeply aligned with who they truly are.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Registered Clinical Supervisor. I earned my Master’s degree in Professional Counseling from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, Arizona. I am licensed to practice through the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners and the Texas State Board of Examiners of Professional Counselors. Additionally, I am a Level II Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and a National Certified Counselor.
I specialize in supporting women navigating trauma recovery, life transitions, burnout, relationship challenges, codependency, perfectionistic patterns, and the journey of rediscovering their sense of self. Our work together will focus on strengthening boundaries, increasing self-esteem, and creating a life that feels authentic rather than performative. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices, allowing us to address both present-day challenges and the deeper roots beneath them.
You don’t have to continue carrying everything on your own. If you’re ready for intentional, focused support, schedule a consultation and let’s begin the work.
I was born and raised in Arizona. I have 14 siblings and I am the eldest. I have three beautiful daughters and one grandson.
Things I enjoy doing: Hiking, hanging out with friends/family, cooking, playing games (Taboo is my favorite), trying new restaurants, traveling, watching movies, binge watching Netflix.
Personal Coping Skills/Comfort activities: Rest, listen to music (favorite genre R&B), guided meditation, read, journal, binge watch new tv shows, call family or friends, manicure/pedicure, massage. I believe self-care isn't indulgent it's essential; self-care=self-preservation.
